That’s just one area and will never give you total balance
I believe The balance must be part of three, The body, The mind and The spirit.
Your body
You keep your body at it’s peak fitness with exercise, keep fit regularly, you use the best moisturises, use the saunas eat the right foods and take the right supplements take, so you takes good care of the body.
Your mind
Education meditation relaxation music , reading, Art, sleep and rest all of which are a necessary part of your brain stimulation.
Peace of mine
This is vital for Balance.
Do you have peace of mind?
It is not a condition you can switch of at night.
It about you as a person.
Are you Happy and content with who you are,
What you have achieved.
Do you feel you have reached your Potential or are there goals and aspiration you your self believe or are made to feel you can never achieve.Hold that thought right there !
At that place were your capped trapped or stuck, it’s the same difference. You can go back but you can’t go forward., Trapped at the place where you are now. you don’t want to be but you stay there, after a while you get comfortable But in your heart your angry and unhappy.We have all been there at some point in our lives.

Anger management issues..Now you see the importance of balance .
