Out of Lockdown

Who would have imagined that we would live to see a day were the world stood still and the whole of mankind would resort to survival mode.

Even though traumatic it made interesting analysis!!
To see that some stockpile food and supplies and retreated in to total lock down. Leaving others to take their chances with the left overs and to scramble for what they could purchased at the supermarkets or local stores before the deadline of total lockdown, and when toilet paper was the most sort after product money could buy!!! 😆

We all sat back in fear hoping the the dreaded Coronavirus wouldn’t darken our door step as we watch in dismay as thousands world wide fell victim to this virus.

Every Prayer House, Churçh, Mosque and place of worship shut world wide Left nowhere to turn for prayer and spiritual leadership.

Many broken hearted families lost love ones hopeless and helplessly while others risked all to save lives

As the death toll decreases we have slowly come out of lockdown in to a new normality but in the mids of the Corona madness some wreaked havoc and coursed senseless acts of violence . One such act led to the murder of a innocent Black man in the public domain. Which sent Alarm bells ringing around the world . People world wide, unanimously stood up to say Black lives matter !!!!
Nation after Nation all around the world has stood up to say we are sorry for what was done to black people in the past we will now try to put it right and changed for the future.

Many businesses have been furloughed, unfortunately many may never recover, others may take years to rebuild.many have lost jobs or are just about to and some have used this time to up Skill at try something new. Others just had a staycation with their kids and the play station.

after all that the Economyi is trying to stabilise under the pressure of a continuous rise in unemployment and the fear of more job losses to follow we are possibly gliding into a Recession.

The Good news is we survived 🙏🏼
We made it through. The country/ world is coming back to some sort of a new normality .
Churches and religious organisations are now on the zoom. Social distancing is officially one meter.
The supermarket shelves are full again and the transport system is almost back to running a normal service with a slight addition of a mask 😷
Remembering to mask up and gell up, when you arrive at your destination with your hand Sanitiser gell.
If you don’t have any savings start saving. Exercise and eat well.
