My name is Hannah Peterson and I’ve lived in New Mexico my whole life. I grew up in a musical family, my dad and brother both play guitar too. When I was nine, my dad gave me one of his guitars and a book of chords to learn from. From that point on, music was always my way of navigating life. I did every talent show and musical competition in the area I could until I started playing professionally for venues.

Writing music has always been the best way I’ve found to communicate emotion and relate to others. My greatest ambition as a musician has always been creating music that other people can relate to, because it gives people a way of communicating emotion into something tangible.
