You shouldn't need Black History Month because the ultimate acceptance of Black History is to be recognized as a part of White, and far more importantly Human History as a whole.
Yeah I was really shocked in college to find out women's history was a separate topic from history. Although they do include a lot of black history in women's history. But it is so weird how its segregated like that.

I agree somewhat, but at least in my school they have always taught black history all year and don't really even mention black or women history months.
