Wellbeing to me means Physical, Mental maintenance! Taking steps to improve your quality of life where possible.

I was told by a yoga teacher many years ago that our body’s start getting ready for death after 25 years.
I was horrified😱 and thought she was quite mad 🙄, many years later I understood what she meant🤔Facts
