This is the first lockdown Sunday.
This morning I’m gonna talk about faith. At the moment some of us will feeling lonely or fearful and sad through loss of love one’s, friends or neighbours.

“Beauty, truth, friendship, love, creation – these are the great values of life. We can’t prove them, or explain them, yet they are believed to be the most stable things in our lives“.

I often write about the balance of three. The body, The, Mind and spirit working together for perfect Harmony. At present Physically we may be Restricted. Mentally we must keep our mind and Spirits high.

Spirits a word I don’t use loosely.
Joy. Hope, love and faith.
