This talk briefly puts light on some of the verses of the Quran and deals with their possible interpretations in the light of the scientific discoveries so far. There are numerous verses in the Quran which have pointed to various aspects of the creation of the universe, and the solar system. These require careful human reflection and the Quran invites each one of us to ponder over these with a view to understand the concept of Allah Who created this universe and beyond for a great purpose. We as human beings give meaning to this universe and our accountability helps us to create a new self within us which can then evolve further in the life of the hereafter. (45:22)
